We do not impose a two nite minimum stay, one nite reservations accepted.

Cancellations
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days in advance of arrival. The advance deposit will be fully refunded.

Wedding cancellations: Our normal cancellation policy applies to your room. If you cancel your wedding more than 30 days prior to your wedding date, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. Weddings that are cancelled 15 - 30 days prior to the wedding date lose 50% of their deposit. Weddings that are cancelled within 14 days or less will lose their full deposit.
